PAK'NSAVE ORMISTON

Pak'nSave Ormiston, developed by Todd Properties for Foodstuffs, is a key feature in the first phase of the vibrant new Ormiston Town Centre. The landscaping around this retail hub highlights Living Earth’s range of premium products, contributing to the development’s green spaces and enhancing its aesthetic appeal.

Living Earth Ultrasoil-Tree Pit Mix was used to establish the streetscapes, ensuring healthy trees in the area. For general planting, Living Earth’s Garden Mix provided a rich, weed-free growing medium, supporting the lush vegetation. To further elevate the visual impact, Living Earth’s More Than Mulch was layered over the gardens. This striking black mulch not only provides an attractive contrast against the green foliage but also offers a slow release of nutrients, nurturing plant growth over time.

Puketutu Gold, a nutrient-rich, aged compost, was applied as a subsoil for the successful establishment of the lawn areas, helping to maintain healthy, vibrant grass.

At the rear of the site, green walls of mandevilla thrive in Living Earth’s Garden Mix, further demonstrating the versatility and quality of Living Earth’s products. The combination of functional and visually appealing landscaping solutions ensures Pak'nSave Ormiston remains a standout development in the heart of the Ormiston Town Centre.
